Executive Chef Stephane Rio offers a contemporary Australian menu with French and Asian influences. Hailing from Brittany, France, Stephane’s roots are rustic dishes with a passion for what he calls “honest food”…good produce put together simply and with flair.
Former Michelin Star Chef of Lords of the Manor, UK, and more recently of Qualia, Hamilton Island, Stephane decided he was ready for a more intimate kitchen where he could enjoy a hands-on role with a smaller team of dedicated chefs.
Midweek and Sunday dining is a relaxed affair with Fridays and Saturdays kicking up a livelier pace. The dining area accommodates up to 46 guests with casual dining also available in the bar, beer garden and kerbside.
MIDWEEK LUNCH - if you’re after an easy lunch check out our $15 meals including a glass of vino or a beer every Tuesday–Friday.
GROUP DINING - for weekend and evening diners of 13-20 guests we offer set menus. We can also tailor a menu to suit your event, budget and dining requirements. For group dining reservations please contact our Event Coordinator.
PRIVATE DINING - private dining for up to 20 guests is available in The White Room Sunday-Thursday lunch and dinner, Fridays and Saturdays for lunch. Choose from our set menu options or ask us to tailor a menu to suit your event and dining requirements preferences.
Dining is available midday through to 10pm and reservations are strongly recommended, particularly on weekends.
