Mary had a little lamb...I ate it with mint sauce! This Easter we debut our weekly Sunday Roaster. Every Sunday we will be celebrating our beast of the month and, in keeping with Easter tradition, April's beast is a whole lamb on the spit.
Every Tuesday from 5pm join us for cheese and wine. $25 scores you a bottle of our house wine and a cheese board ~ a selection of 3 cheeses with crackers.
On Monday 2nd April we would like to introduce you to our awesome burgers with a pot of Boags Draught for $12.
Because we're traditionalists here at The Aviary we have fish on the menu for Good Friday.
The bandages have just come off to reveal the new face of The Aviary! Drinkers can now sink a few pots or cocktails on communal marble high tables by open windows whilst diners can enjoy a more intimate restaurant experience. Keep an eye on this space for upcoming photos or, better yet, come visit us and check it out.
Our much adored Head Chef, after 3 wonderful years, is heading to the country for new adventures. We’ll be sad to see him go but are looking forward to welcoming another member to our team. With this change in Head Chef comes a fresh refurb to our dining areas and a slight change in direction of the menu.
