The Aviary is seeking an experienced waiter with a genuine passion for food, wine and customer service.
Our much adored Head Chef, after 3 wonderful years, is heading to the country for new adventures. We’ll be sad to see him go but are looking forward to welcoming another member to our team. With this change in Head Chef comes a fresh refurb to our dining areas and a slight change in direction of the menu.
If you are a passionate Chef with at least 8yrs experience in hospitality and genuinely enjoy your career and the exciting challenges that come with the job, we’d like to hear from you.

~ proven experience in similar, reputable venues
~ creative direction required for all seasonal menu changes & tailored catering for events
~ responsible for all kitchen operations including costings, budgets, suppliers & staff; proven experience a must
~ strong work ethic
~ enjoy directing & teaching others
~ positive energy (no angry robots!)
~ enthusiastic attitude
~ attention to detail, organised & tidy
~ great communication skills
