&lt;p&gt;     - a passion for providing superior customer service&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - genuinely passionate about food and wine&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - excellent presentation&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - attention to detail, organised and tidy&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - possess a sense of urgency with a calm and confident demeanour working in a fast paced environment&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - attention to detail, organised and tidy and ability to remain busy during quiet trade&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - effective communication with the kitchen to achieve common goals&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - possess initiative&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - strong work ethic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - current RSA&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;     - bar knowledge and experience with POS ideal but not essential&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Mary had a little lamb...I ate it with mint sauce! &lt;/em&gt;This Easter we debut our weekly Sunday Roaster. Every Sunday we will be celebrating our beast of the month and, in keeping with Easter tradition, April's beast is a whole lamb on the spit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sunday 8th April we're kicking off at midday and feasting into the twilight with G7 spinning soul, funk and original R&amp;amp;B, setting the pace for a tasty lazy Sunday. Then party into the night with DJ Huw Joseph.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Choose your own adventure:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;a) Cop a roasting in our heated beer garden ~ $12 gets you a bread roll filled with lamb fallen from the bone, juicy slaw and gravy.&lt;/p&gt;
